Overall Cost of Consignment
The overall cost of consignment for the Customer includes the cost (VAT incl.) of both the article and the courier service. The overall cost of the consignment will be indicated in our e-mail message to the Customer in response to a purchase order placed and confirmed by the Customer.
At Customer’s will a transport risks insurance of the consignment might be made. The insurance rate the Customer should pay additionally varies from 0.2% to 1% of the declared (invoice) value of the consignment, according to its fragility and the type of transport used. Given the unique nature and the value of the articles offered through the Site, we recommend consignments insurance.
The Customer may cancel, if necessary, the purchase order – if not launched, by filling the e-mail form from "Contact" button, citing the same names and e-mail address, used for registration, as well as the number of the order and the ordered article code.
Delivery
After depositing on our bank account an amount equal to the final overall value of the consignment, the ordered article will be delivered by courier to the address, specified by the Customer, accompanied by the corresponding invoice, if needed. When the final overall value of the consignment is paid the Customer owes the courier nothing.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms within Bulgarian territory vary from 1 to 3 days, depending on the type, availability of articles and delivery address. For special orders and custom made articles the term may be longer and that will be specified in advance in our e-mail message to the Customer in response to a purchase order placed.
Guarantee
We recommend the Customer to check the contents of the package right away - in the presence of the courier. If the article is damaged, broken, or exchanged with another - to note that in the statement, drawn up by the courier, and immediately send us an e-mail message to office@lidiko.com.
In case of frustration for some reason, the Customer may take advantage of his/her right under art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Bulgarian Consumer Code (CC) and give back the article within 7 days as of its delivery day, provided the article be returned in the form it was received, and without being used. Exceptions to this rule are specified in art.55, paragraph 2 of CC.
